General Administration Department


The Chief Academic Office is the most important administrative department of IFTM, subordinated to the Chief Academic’s Board, the highest administrative ranking of the Institute. The provost can hold the position for four years.

The Chief Academic Office comprehends the Chief Academic’s Advisory, the Chief Administrative Center, the Administrative Secretary, the Federal Attorney, the Internal Audit, the Media and Events Office, the Coordination of Social Communication, the Coordination of Ceremonial and Events, the Permanent Committee of the Admission Process and the Ombudsman.

The Chief Academic Office is responsible for the management of the IFTM, including all the academic campi. Its members and representative bodies perform the service to the internal and external community, and the planning of actions to be performed, always aiming at the development of the Institute and the benefits to society.
