The Congress of Internationalization, Professional and Technological Education of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Triângulo Mineiro (IFTM) aims to arouse the interest of the participants through the areas of technical, technological, undergraduate and postgraduate courses providing opportunities for the development of innovative ideas, citizen formation and sustainable development.
The event is focused on the integrations and generation of an environment that stimulates the emergence, expansion and diversification of professional education. The IFTM aims the participation of the academic community, internal and external, local, regional, national and international in order to instigate the power of initiative and search for the new.
The IFTM is defined as an institution of higher education, basic and professional, pluricurricular and multicampi, with the focus on development of study, the enjoyment of artistic languages, contribute to the professional training committed to the immaterial subjective, symbolic and socio-affective aspects. The valorization of equality in the human formation and respect for differences in an educational institution is, undoubtedly, an excellent initiative for the constructions of a less exclusive and fairer society. Transforming the educational institutions into a inclusive space means helping al students do develop of respect for each other and differences.
Artistic process in addition to contribute to the revival of traditional cultures, can stablish the re-significances that allow the establishment of more vertical dialogues with different cultural languages and in different areas of knowledge. Thus, it is hoped to provide an incentive to valorize the local and regional artistic relevance, promoting the interlocution between students of federal, state and municipal spheres, servers and external community of IFTM.
For three days, the event aims to promote the activities of inclusion, art, culture, research and innovation, technological extension, education and internationalization, developed by students, technical-administrative servers and teachers integrated into the community, business environment, internationalization and public administration.
Professional education, through the actions built along its historical-social trajectory, supports and encourages IFTM to commit itself and to value cultural formation. In addition to systematizing and disseminating the existing cultural actions in each campus, it technologically enables young people and adults to effectively contributes to it being a strong propeller of innovation, arts and culture in the area covered by IFTM .
MERCOSUR countries, North America, Europe and international organizations will also participate in the event.
